The role of this platform
Zimbabwe Cricket's safeguarding platform exists for reporting, case management, and oversight — it is not a 24-hour emergency response service. In a genuine emergency, statutory emergency services and the appropriate authorities (police, social welfare, medical services) are always the right first call.
